Vinification: withering in crates, inside the controlled temperature cellar. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturing in barriques for about 12 to 14 months
Bottling: 20 months after harvest
Colour: deep golden yellow with amber hues
Bouquet: fresh and intense with scents of ripe fruit accompanied by notes reminiscent of acacia honey and roses, with ethereal sensations
Flavour: nice density with a lingering and persistent flavour. Numerous sensations delight the palate, with evident flavours of fruit preserved in syrup, honey and a good balance of sweetness and acidity
