Bottling: 1 year in barrel of 10 quintal, about 18 months of the following harvest
Colour: Intense ruby red with purple hues
Bouquet: Intense and structured, with evident scent of ripe fruit and notes of spices
Flavour: Very hot and intense, good structured and acidity, harmonic wich lingers on the palate
Serving suggestion: Ideal width all courses of red meat especially the game; serve at temperature 16°-18°
